Why PawTrace
I started PawTrace after watching a family in Ottawa lose a deposit to a breeder who never existed — a real‑looking website, a video call with someone else’s puppy, and an e‑transfer that could not be recalled. The same week, a breeder I know well told me she spends hours every month proving to strangers that she is not that person.
Both problems have the same fix: a neutral record that checks facts at their source and says plainly what it has and hasn’t checked. That is what we built.
